Best way to build a buyers list

If you are a real estate investor and you want to find out the best way to build a buyers list, then you have come to the right place.  We are going to lay out some of the best methods that we have used over the past 10 years to build a buyers list.

1.  Go to auctions.  Does your county have weekly or monthly auctions?  If so then you need to start going to them and networking.  I like to meet as many people as I can and gather as many cards as I can.  I also try and ask lots of questions like “have you ever bought a house at an auction?” or “how does this work?”  or “are you looking for any properties right now? if so I have a few that might interest you.”  A lot of the people that show up at auctions are CASH Buyers.  If you treat them right, and build a relationship with them, they will but from you.
